OPENING POSITIONS:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • To sell and increase demand within selected targeted markets, through both existing and potential customers.
  • To provide trouble-shooting and problem –solving to customers’ complaint.
  • To develop knowledge of market or industry usage patterns and requirement and provide technical advice
  • To maintain awareness of target market situations and competitor activity and report promptly back to the Sales Manager
  • To plan and present of Company product and services and arrange trials or technical test where appropriate.
  • To promote Company products and services within selected target markets.
  • To undertake field activities as directed by Sales Manager.
  • To distribute product information to appropriate customer and ensure continual updating of information held by customers.
  • To make regular visits and planned calls on appropriate personnel within customers’ organizations at a frequency geared to their current and future potential.
  • To prepare and submit daily sales activity report and weekly planning itinerary.
  • To prepare and submit monthly sales activity report base on customer complaints, competitor activities, collections, proposal for improvement, new product briefing, etc.
  • To maintain up – to – date customers’ activities records.
  • To attend sales meetings, technicians meeting and training program as requested.
  • To handle complaints, requires, quotations and technical advisory commitment in accordance with company policy.
  • To update customer credit limit twice a year or when necessary. Be alert of exceeded credit limit of customers.
  • To ensure customer and prospective customers are kept advised of Company products, techniques and services of benefit to them.
  • To assist in logistic planning.
  • To ensure prompt payment from customer every month

Requirements

  • From 1 year experience in B2B sales
  • Language: English or Chinese

  • Degree: College
  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Age: No age limit
  • Working time: 8AM -5PM
