Common problems and solutions
Peeling may be caused by unsuitable adhesive, dirty surfaces, incorrect temperature, insufficient glue or pressure. Clean and dry the materials, choose the correct grade, and adjust temperature, application amount, machine speed and pressure.
Visible glue lines, leakage and stringing are often caused by excessive glue or overheating. Keep viscosity stable and clean the tank, rollers and nozzles regularly.
Store adhesive in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and test a small batch before changing materials or settings.
